By accessing and using HB Graphic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
HB Graphic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. HB Graphic is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of payment for new subscribers.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into HB Graphic. By using the Service, you grant HB Graphic a limited license to process that data to provide the Service. HB Graphic retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and design.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
HB Graphic's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
